'Emperor in the dark' is an artwork by Dave H which depicts a penguin next to a poppy flower.

It was created in Dave's easily recognisable style of monochrome figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the inclusion of the single red poppy flower and the vibrant colours of the penguins plumage.

An original A3 sized piece, it comes unframed but mounted in a white-cored black 16" x 12" mount, which is a standard frame size, allowing for 'off the shelf' as well as bespoke framing.
