'Warrior Spirit' depicts a modern day British soldier at the battlefield cross of a fallen comrade with a 'spirit figure' of a World War 1 British Tommy standing to the rear of him.

Painted in Dave's distinctive style of grey, gloomy skies, figures in silhouette and a splash of colour - in this instance the crimson of the poppy flower.
