'Just walking in the rain' depicts a line of weary soldiers, trudging through the mud and rain on their way to the front during WW1.

Painted in Dave's distinctive style of grey, gloomy skies, figures in silhouette and a splash of colour - in this instance the crimson of the poppy flowers growing amidst the churned earth of no-mans-land.

This original painting is acrylic on gallery stretched box canvas, 40cm x 30cm. The box canvas has been painted around the edges to allow hanging unframed and the price is for the unframed painting, inclusive of UK/BFPO P&P. We are happy to ship world-wide, however please contact us for a postage quote prior to purchasing.

We are able to offer a framing service, which can be purchased seperately. We offer standard canvas edging frames in a choice of either black or white. We are able to offer other framing options but please contact us for details of those those.

All paintings purchases will be dispatched on the next working day by Royal Mail Special Delivery/Parcelforce (depending on size), except where framing has been requested. We outsource the framing and it usually adds 10 working days to dispatch times.
