'Atomic Atoll' is a painting by Dave H which depicts soldiers watching the atomic tests in the Pacific. They were inadequately protected from the effects of the radiation and unaware of the long-term medical problems that they would subsequently encounter.

Painted in Dave's easily recognisable abstract style of stark backgrounds and silhouetted figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour - in this instance provided by crimson poppy flowers.

Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print,  created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.

Available as open edition prints, personally signed by the artist.

The printed area is 14.5" x 10.5" and they are mounted in acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20" x 16", allowing for framing in standard 'off the shelf' frames.
