179 Open Edition Giclée Print 179 - 'Pensioner 'Platoon'

£125.00

Another of Dave's 'National Treasures' series of paintings, taking a look at the in-Pensioners of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.

'Pensioner Platoon' is painted in Dave's easily recognisable style, featuring a Chelsea Pensioner, on his knees, arms outstretched to the sky. This painting is a parody of the cover from the movie 'Platoon', with Dave simply replacing the figure of the soldier with the 'old soldier' counterpart.

Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print,  created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.

Available as open edition prints, personally signed by the artist.

The printed area is 14.5" x 10.5" and they are mounted in soft white acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20" x 16", allowing for framing in standard 'off the shelf' frames.

Please note that we no longer physically hold a stock of this print and we have to order them in from the printers. This can take 5-15 working days, depending on when they are ordered.

We are happy to ship to both BFPO and International destinations,  but please contact us for international postage rates prior to purchase.
