A variation of Dave's most popular painting to date - 'Miss you too mate'. This version is aimed at Dave's followers in the US, and replaces the British rifle and equipment with those of their American counterparts. It is another of his paintings depicting the special bond between a soldier and his dog, with the loyal hound sitting at the grave of his handler and the spirit figure of the handler trying to comfort it.

Painted in Dave's easily recognisable style, with stark backgrounds, silhouetted figures and contrasting splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the crimson of the poppy flower.

Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print,  created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.

Limited to an edition of 50 numbered prints, personally signed and numbered by the artist.

The printed area is 14.5" x 10.5" and they are mounted in soft white acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20" x 16", allowing for framing in standard 'off the shelf' frames.
