168 Open Edition Giclée Print 168 - 'Never Forget'

£100.00

Another really dark painting, possibly the darkest that Dave's done to date. He's been plagued with insomnia again, which always results in gloomy moods and a spate of paintings. It was influenced by a visit to a concentration camp when Dave served in Germany and a recent article he'd read which claimed that the events of the holocaust never actually happened - again his thoughts on the subject are plain to see by the title.

Painted in Dave's easily recognisable style, with stark backgrounds, silhouetted figures and contrasting splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the crimson of the poppy flower.

Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print,  created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.

Available as open edition prints, personally signed by the artist.

The printed area is 14.5" x 10.5" and they are mounted in soft white acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20" x 16", allowing for framing in standard 'off the shelf' frames.
