Open Edition Giclée Print 160 - 'we were soldiers once...and young'

'we were soldiers once...and young' is a painting by Dave H which depicts a Chelsea Pensioner with his reflection showing that of the soldier that he used to be.

The thirteenth in the 'National Treasures' range, it is a break away from the usual light-hearted look at the Chelsea Pensioners which Dave tends to depict them in, and instead, it is more in keeping with his usual subject matter.

Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print,  created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.

Available as open edition prints, personally signed by the artist.

The printed area is 14.5" x 10.5" and they are mounted in acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20" x 16", allowing for framing in standard 'off the shelf' frames.

Please note that we no longer physically hold a stock of this print and we have to order them in from the printers. This can take 5-15 working days, depending on when they are ordered.

The price includes UK/BFPO P&P. International postage is also possible, at cost to the customer, but please contact us for the costs prior to purchasing. Due to the size restrictions imposed by the Royal Mail, prints will be unmounted and packaged in postal tubes for international postage.
