'Matelot Mourns' is an artwork by Dave H which depicts a matelot gazing out over an empty sea.

It was created in Dave's easily recognisable style of monochrome figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the inclusion of the poppy flower.

Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print,  created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.

Available as limited edition prints, limited to an edition of 50, they are each personally signed and numbered by the artist.

The printed area is 14.5" x 10.5" and they are mounted in acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20" x 16", allowing for framing in standard 'off the shelf' frames.
