'Winter Red' is another of Dave's wildlife poppy series.
It is painted in his easily recognisable style with dark backgrounds contrasting with a splash of virbant colour, in this instance provided by the crimson of the poppy flowers.
It is an original acrylic painting on A3 220gsm canvas paper, unframed but mounted (less international sales) in a 18" x 14" white-cored black mount - which is a standard frame size, allowing 'off the shelf' framing.
