'Tears in the trenches' is another in one of Dave's popular tears series, depicting an eye with the lashes making an image of troops crossing the battlefield and with a poppy reflected in the iris. It is on 220gsm canvas paper, with the detailing completed using polychromo pencils.

An original piece, it comes unframed but mounted in a white-cored black 18" x 14" mount, which is a standard frame size, allowing for 'off the shelf' as well as bespoke framing.
