'Crossing the bar' depicts a sailor crossing the bar...a term used to describe the passing of a shipmate. It is on black card with the detailing completed using polychromo pencils and pastels.

An original A3 sized piece, it comes unframed but mounted in a white-cored black 18" x 14" mount, which is a standard frame size, allowing for 'off the shelf' as well as bespoke framing.
