'Sticks and stones may break my bones, but petrol bombs they burn me' is a painting by Dave H which depicts a soldier in riot kit about to be petrol bombed.

Painted in Dave's easily recognisable abstract style of stark backgrounds and silhouetted figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the flames coming from the petrol bomb.

It is an original acrylic on A3 220gsm canvas paper, unframed but mounted in a 18" x 14" white-cored black mount - which is a standard frame size, allowing 'off the shelf' framing.
