Original Painting - 'Marching off to War'

This is an original acrylic painting on gallery stretched canvas by up-and-coming UK artist Dave H, who is fast building up a following for his remembrance themed artwork - both paintings and sculptures.

'Marching off to war' depicts a squad of soldiers marching along an estury, with their images reflecting in the water beneath.

Painted in Dave's easily recognisable, distinctive style of black silhouette against a gloomy sky with a splash of colour - in this instance the crimson of the poppy flowers in the foreground.

50cm x 60cm, professionally framed in black canvas edging frame.
