'The Driver' is another of Dave's white on black pieces, with a black background and the detailing completed in white. The contrast is provided by the poppy.

It was produced in Dave's easily recognisable style of monochrome figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the inclusion of the single red poppy flower.

An original polychromo piece, it comes unframed but mounted (less international sales) in a white-cored black 18" x 14" mount, which is a standard frame size, allowing for 'off the shelf' as well as bespoke framing.
