'What mum sees' are a collection of artworks by Dave H in his popular nostalgic series which depict kids as soldiers. This one is an image of a Guardsman as his mum would see him...her little boy.
It was created in Dave's easily recognisable style of monochrome figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the inclusion of the poppy flower.
It is an A3 sized polychromo on card. It comes unframed but mounted in an acid-free mount 18" x 14", which is a standard frame size, allowing for off the shelf framing.
