324 Limited Edition Giclée Print 324 - 'Remembering the Vehicle Specialists'

£125.00

'Remembering the Vehicle Specialists' is a painting by Dave H which depicts a silhouetted war memorial on a dreary, wet November morning with the insignia of the RAOC vehicle specialist trade alongside it. Commissioned by the VSF to signify the centenary of the armistice and also the 100th anniversary of the award of Royal Charter to the Royal Army Ordnance Corps . The insignia also bears the roman numerals xxx to represent the 30 year anniversary of the trade.

Painted in Dave's easily recognisable abstract style of stark backgrounds and silhouetted figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour - in this instance provided by the brightly coloured crimson of the poppy wreaths on the memorial and the poppy flowers in the foreground.

Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print,  created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.

They are limited to an edition of 40 numbered prints, personally signed and numbered by the artist.

The printed area is 14.5" x 10.5" and they are mounted in acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20" x 16", allowing for framing in standard 'off the shelf' frames.
